Established in 1866 and making its home on this site since 1926, Bendigo Church of Christ is committed to providing a safe place of worship, where all are welcome to belong as together, we believe in Jesus Christ.
This is a family church where you are encouraged to become more like Jesus, as you build your life on Him.
Bendigo Church of Christ is an affiliate of Churches of Christ in Victoria and Tasmania.
Safety Commitment
As an affiliate of Churches of Christ in Victoria and Tasmania, Bendigo Church of Christ is part of the National Council of Churches in Australia’s Safe Church Training Agreement, adhering to the Victorian Child Safety Standards to care for our children, youth and vulnerable people who attend our church activities.
Striving to be a safe place for everyone, all people appointed to minister in these areas receive relevant training, are required to obtain a Working With Children Check and/or police check and sign a code of conduct. We commit to a culture of safety in all facets of church life, motivated by our core mandate to ‘Do everything in love.’ (1 Corinthians 16:14).
